With our extensive experience and wide-reaching network, we are proud to deliver the highest quality project personnel in partnership with some of Australia's largest companies.Myndshift Group have been engaged by our client partner, a major mining house with a strong presence across Australia's resource sector, to appoint a Technical Services Superintendent to an established open cut coal operation in Central West NSW.About the RoleLead the technical services function across mine planning, surveying, coal quality and logistics, drill and blast, and geology/geotechnical, providing clear direction and accountability for a multi-disciplinary teamDrive short, medium and long term mine planning to deliver safe, efficient and commercially sustainable coal extraction, balancing production targets with resource optimisationReporting to the Technical Services Manager, work closely with operational leaders to ensure delivery aligns with production targets, statutory requirements and environmental obligationsStay close to the upstream technical work,
