With over 25 years of innovation and growth, ABLP is committed to producing premium products using environmentally sustainable practices.Location: Chinderah, NSWReporting to: Processing ManagerEmployment Type: Full-time (minimum 38 hours/week)Days: - Monday to Friday (with some Saturday work)Hours: 5am - 1pmAbout the RoleWe are looking for a reliable and practical Process Worker to join our small processing team at our Chinderah facility.This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working as part of a close team, is comfortable with physical and repetitive work, and takes pride in doing their job properly.The role involves a range of processing, preparation, packing and cleaning tasks, with training provided to the successful applicant.Key responsibilities include:Preparing feed for lobster productionProcessing seafood productsCleaning workspaces and equipmentFollowing established processes and instructionsWorking safely and maintaining required hygiene standardsAdhering to company policies, procedures,



and Workplace Health and Safety guidelinesWorking cooperatively with the processing team and assisting with other duties as requiredAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is reliable, motivated and works well as part of a small team.You will ideally demonstrate:A robust work ethic and positive attitudeReliability and consistency in attendanceGood communication skills and a collaborative mindsetPhysical capability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 20kgsA willingness to learn and take directionComfortable working in a cold environmentPrevious experience in seafood processing, food production, manufacturing, packing, warehousing, hospitality or similar hands-on work would be an advantage, but is not essential.A forklift license is also an advantage but is not essential.RequirementsOwn reliable transport and the ability to consistently travel to our Chinerdah facility for a 5:00am startFull working rights in AustraliaAbility to work Monday to Friday, 5:00am - 1:00pm, with some Saturday workWillingness to undergo pre/post-employment medical checks, including drug and alcohol testingAbility to work in cold environments and lift up to 20kgWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary (25% above industry award rate) + superannuationConsisitent Monday - Friday hours, 5:00am - 1:00pmSupportive and positive team environmentTraining providedConvenient location in the beautiful Northern Rivers region of NSW
