The Role
As our Retail Assistant Manager/Assistant Store Manager,



you'll work closely with the Store Manager to support the day-to-day operation of the store, lead and motivate team members and volunteers, and ensure customers enjoy a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
No two days are the same.
From merchandising and sales performance to coaching team members and creating eye-catching displays, you'll play a key role in the store's success.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy retail store
Leading, coaching and motivating team members and volunteers
Creating engaging merchandise displays and maintaining store presentation
Assisting with stock management, pricing and cash handling
Supporting workplace health and safety compliance
Contributing to sales growth and store performance targets
This is a Permanent, Part-time position (30 hours per week) based in Lawnton.
The work schedule for this position is Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Monday.
About You
Previous retail experience, ideally in a supervisory or leadership capacity
Strong merchandising, customer service and cash-handling skills
Excellent communication and people leadership skills
A passion for sustainable fashion,



reuse and recycling
The ability to build positive relationships with customers, volunteers and team members
A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example
