About the Opportunity

As the face of our coworking spaces, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional environment for members and guests, while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre.

Key Responsibilities
Provide a warm, professional welcome to members, guests, and visitors
Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, delivering timely and high-quality service




Support members with daily workspace needs to ensure a seamless experience
Prepare and maintain meeting rooms, ensuring spaces are presentation-ready
Assist with onboarding, including access passes and workspace orientation
Maintain shared spaces such as kitchens, coworking areas, and reception
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and general administrative tasks
Support centre events and contribute to a vibrant, engaged community
Monitor presentation standards and report maintenance issues as required
About You
2–3 years' experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role
Confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise
Experience supporting office or workspace operations (preferred)
Comfortable working with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus)
A proactive team player who enjoys working in a agile environment
