About The RoleIn the role of Kitchen Hand at Max Brenner, a day in your life will include:Cleaning and clearing of tables to ensure a clean café environmentClear,



wash and pack away dishes and kitchen equipmentEnsure all Food Safety requirements are followedAssist in food preparation for front of houseRotate stock utilising use by dates and stock rotation (FIFO)Accepting deliveries and organising stock areas in the back roomEmpty and clean all trash receptaclesAbout YouPrevious experience in a Kitchen Hand or similar Back of House position is essentialAvailability to work evening shifts on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 5:00pm to 11:30pmExcellent communication skills including verbal and writtenEnergetic, positive and guest focused individual with a can-do attitudeAble to work in a rapid-paced environmentAble to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficientlyWorks well as part of a team and on individual tasksAble to work early mornings, late nights, and weekendsWhy Max Brenner?
