Track sub‐consultant engagements and invoices
Contribute to monthly operational reporting and project governance

Support communication with clients, contractors and authorities
Maintain stakeholder contact registers and help keep information current
Reporting & Operational Support
Support preparation of monthly project status reports and program updates
Assist with risk summaries and operational meeting inputs
Provide reporting support to Project Directors during key cycles
About You
Structured, organised and methodical
Proactive and solutions‐focused
Comfortable working with commercial information
A clear and confident communicator
Calm under pressure and adaptable to shifting priorities
A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting technical teams
