Located in the heart of Kirribilli, The Botanist is a local favourite known for seasonal dining, botanical-inspired cocktails, and an exceptional gin bar featuring premium local and international gins.
We're on the lookout for experienced Bartenders who are passionate about hospitality, love engaging with guests, and want to be part of a supportive team committed to delivering memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and serving premium cocktails, craft beer, wine, and spirits
Showcasing and recommending products from our extensive gin collection
Delivering warm, friendly, and professional customer service
Sharing knowledge of signature cocktails, premium spirits, and seasonal offerings
Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar area
Working efficiently and collaboratively during busy service periods
What We're Looking For
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and premium gin
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences




A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the business
An outgoing personality with the confidence to build rapport with guests
Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant, bar, or hospitality workplace
A current NSW RSA Competency Card
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
