Responsibilities:
Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service
Manage reservations and seating arrangements
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
Assist with menu and beverage recommendations
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages




Train and supervise front of house staff
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a front of house role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
Ability to work well in a team environment
