We are looking for
Food & Beverage Supervisors
to lead and support our team across a variety of outlets and service periods, including
Breakfast, Dinner, Banquets and Pool.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, supporting their team and creating effortless, memorable experiences for guests.
What You'll Do
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will help lead the daily operation while ensuring our guests receive warm, skilled and consistent service.
Supervise and support Food & Beverage associates
Coordinate opening, closing and daily operational duties
Ensure the team is prepared, well presented and working together to deliver exceptional service
Monitor guest flow, table availability and service standards
Anticipate guest needs and respond confidently to feedback or service challenges
Support stock control, requisitions, inventories and FIFO procedures
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, food safety
Assist leaders with training, coaching, rostering and performance conversations
Help create an engaging and positive team environment
Identify opportunities to improve service, productivity and the overall guest experience
What We're Looking For
You'll be a natural people leader who enjoys a fast-paced hospitality environment and is comfortable moving between different styles of service.
At least




2 years' experience in Food & Beverage or a similar hospitality environment
At least
1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience
Experience in restaurant, banquet, bar, pool or high-volume service environments
Strong communication and guest service skills
Confidence coaching and motivating a team
Flexibility to work across breakfast, evening, weekend and event shifts
A genuine passion for hospitality, teamwork and attention to detail
