Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and assisting with sales and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
