ABOUT THE ROLE
Working closely with the CFO and partnering with innovative supply chain and manufacturing teams, this role will be at the forefront of finance business partnering and opportunity identification whilst leading a small team.
This truly is a great opportunity for a high potential individual with supply chain and manufacturing exposure to kick on in the FMCG world.
DUTIES
Take a lead on business partnering with finance,
supply chain and manufacturing stakeholders alike
Responsible for P&L; data insights
Lead financial modelling to support strategy
Deliver insightful opportunity analysis to support and advise key decisions
Oversee team to deliver effective month end processes
Build budgets and forecasts to support commercial outcomes
Maximise systems utilisation across the business
Drive process improvements and cross functional collaboration
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
5 + years experience in supply chain or manufacturing finance
High level of commercial acumenand presentation ability
Prior team leadership responsibilities
CA or CPA qualification
Confident BI tools user, with solid Excel capability
