Reporting to the Asset Maintenance Superintendent, this role supports our Safe, Stable and Sustainable vision by:Leading the planning and scheduling maintenance activities for equipment and systems within the refinery to enable resource productivity and production capabilityProvide Governance to the Work Management Process across the Refinery ensuring standardisation, alignment and improvement in practicesDevelop the capability of the maintenance planning team and stakeholders in Work management through coaching, facilitating training and creating opportunities for development.Lead and drive maintenance KPI Deep Dives, Deliver on improvementsOversight of budget development, forecasting and reportingWhat you will bringTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:A strong commitment to safety and continuous improvementin all aspects of your workA natural desire to lead, provide governance across and improve maturity in work management processes.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build trust across teams and stakeholdersDemonstrated experience in maintenance management practices,
