A highly successful Tier 2 construction company is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their Perth team on a major $50M+ Build-to-Rent apartment project near Canning Vale.
The project comprises 60+ apartments and will be delivered with a full project team supporting you.
With a strong pipeline of future Build-to-Rent and multi-residential projects, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term stability and career progression.
The Role
Lead the day-to-day delivery of a $50M+ apartment development
Manage subcontractors, trades and site activities
Drive programme, safety, quality and productivity
Lead and mentor the site team
Work closely with the Project Manager and wider project team




Manage key subcontractor and stakeholder relationships
About You
Proven experience as a Site Manager with a head contractor
Experience delivering $20M+ recent-build projects
Strong commercial, residential or multi-residential experience
Excellent subcontractor and site management skills
Strong understanding of safety, quality and programme
Build-to-Rent / apartment experience highly regarded.
