PARC Engineering are currently seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team on a major Defence project based in Exmouth, Western Australia on a 2:1 roster FIFO ex Perth.This is an excellent prospect for a highly capable Electrical Engineer to work on a significant project within the Defence sector, with the initial engagement expected to run for approximately 6 months.
Upon successful completion of the project, there is the opportunity to transition onto other upcoming projects, providing the potential for ongoing work.About the RoleWorking as part of the project delivery team, you will provide senior-level electrical engineering expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
You will work closely with project management, construction and other engineering disciplines to ensure electrical works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.Key responsibilities will include:Providing senior electrical engineering support across the projectReviewing and interpreting electrical designs, drawings and specificationsSupporting construction and commissioning activitiesWorking closely with project, engineering and construction teams to resolve technical issuesEnsuring electrical works comply with relevant Australian Standards, specifications and project requirementsReviewing contractor and subcontractor works and providing technical guidance where requiredAssisting with technical queries, design changes and engineering solutionsSupporting project documentation, quality assurance and technical reportingIdentifying and managing electrical engineering risks and issuesEnsuring all works are undertaken in accordance with Defence, project and HSE requirementsAbout YouTo be successful in this role,
