As manager you will lead a team of 14 people and be responsible for all aspects of running an electrical wholesaling business.

Business Development - The role involves developing and implementing strategies to increase profitability and grow the business.
Having a proven track record in business development and sales growth will be beneficial.
Customer & Supplier Relationships - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and suppliers is crucial.
Your ability to communicate effectively and foster positive relationships will be a key to the success.
Leadership - As the manager you will lead and manage a team effectively.




Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and develop team members are essential for success.
Safety - Undertaking your WHS responsibilities to ensure you provide a safe workplace for your team
Compliance - Managing systems and procedures to ensure efficiency of operations
To be successful, you will be a robust leader with an ability to maximise sales, understand the financial levers within the business and develop your team of people.
You will be a highly motivated individual and looking to expand on the current business success.
You Will Have
Knowledge of the Electrical Wholesale market
Vision, drive and the ability to think outside the square
Exceptional customer focus and a flair for sales/business development
Strong leadership qualities and interpersonal skills
Computer system and data analysis skills, including the use of Microsoft Office
