In the role you will:Review and consolidate consumer and commercial loan documentsEnsure loan contracts comply with company policiesAdvise and assist Dealers, Brokers, and Customers to rectify discrepancies within loan applicationsVerify the employment status of retail customersLiaise with retail and commercial credit teams to ensure NCCP, AML, and company policies and procedures are followedRequirementsMinimum 2 years of settlements or compliance experience working for a finance companyStrong verbal and written communication skillsExceptional attention to detailOutstanding problem-solving abilityKnowledge of compliance obligations NCCP, AML, and ACLApply online or contact Helen Kyriakou or Jimena Hurtado on for a private discussion.
