The Accountant is responsible for supporting the business' current and future growth while working very closely with other team members and under the direct supervision of an experienced senior.
Located in our corporate office at 150 St Georges Terrace, Perth, this full time role is a key finance role supporting the broader finance team and business.Key responsibilities in this role will include:o Assist with the preparation of Business Activity Statementso Assist in the preparation of tax and other statutory returnso Assist with the preparation of bank reconciliationso Assist with month-end processes and the publication of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts compliant with accounting standardso Assist in budgeting and forecasting, providing insightful analysis to support decision makingo Reconciliation of sub-ledgers to general ledger accounts.




Maintain the integrity of financial recordso Assist in the preparation of management accounts and reportso Working with the Accounts Payable ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoice informationo Management of corporate credit cardso Complete general ledger reconciliationso Manage all PPSRs for the companyo Managing entity data migration between ERP systemso Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline financial processes and improve efficiencyo Support the month-end process, to ensure a smooth and timely completion o Tertiary qualification in Accountingo 3+ years accounting experience in a commercial environment.o Joint venture accounting experience.o Highly skilled in Pronto, Redmap, EPM and Accurri.o Experience working in the mining and/or resource sector.
