You'll be joining a team-oriented team that values expertise, continuous improvement, and high-quality stakeholder support.Your New RoleAs the HR Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing high-level HR guidance and partnering on a range of people matters.Key responsibilities include: Delivering strategic and operational HR advice to managers across the business Leading or supporting ER/IR matters, including performance management and investigations Advising on organisational change, workforce planning, and capability development Overseeing employee lifecycle processes and ensuring compliance with legislation and policy Developing HR frameworks, policies,
