The Position...With the recent growth in their business, they are currently seeking an experienced, motivated and talented Boilermaker / Fabrication Leading Hand to join the team in their engineering facility.Key responsibilities include:Plate fabricationSheet metal fabricationWorking with stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel productsBody buildingSetting up and delegating projectsThe normal business hours of operation are as follows:6am to 5pm Monday to Thursday;6am to 3pm Friday to Saturday.
Your hours of work would include: Normal day shift hours - 10.5 hours Monday to Thursday; 6 hours FridayNormal night shift hours - 11 hours Monday to Thursday (with loading)Over time when required The Ideal Candidate...




The ideal candidate will have the following:Trade certificate relevant to your tradeMinimum of 3 years' experience post apprenticeshipExperience in Flux core and MIG weldingExperience in TIG (preferred, but not essential)Skilled in plate work fabricationValid Australian C Class drivers' licenseFull Australian work rightsCurrent High-Risk License – Forklift/dogging (preferred, but not essential)National police clearance (or willing to obtain)Strong commitment to safety and qualityMotivated, hard-working, and a positive attitudeEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a teamIntermediate computer skills (preferred, but not essential)The Benefits...
