Job DescriptionAn established and growing mining operation in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Supply Officer to join its site-based team.
This role is critical to ensuring uninterrupted supply chain operations, effective inventory control, and safe, efficient warehouse management.
The RoleReporting to the Commercial Manager, the Supply Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the site warehouse, including purchasing support, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
The position plays a key role in maintaining stock accuracy, ensuring zero stock-outs of critical consumables, and upholding high safety and compliance standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage receipting, storage and issuing of all warehouse stockMaintain accurate inventory and catalogue data within ERP systemsConduct regular stocktakes and maintain inventory integrityCoordinate inbound and outbound freight with transport providersSchedule reagent and fuel deliveries in consultation with site teamsSupport site purchasing activities and expedite purchase ordersEnsure safe handling and storage of dangerous goods in line with SDS and legislationMaintain warehouse,



bulk storage and laydown areas to high housekeeping standardsResolve supplier discrepancies and non-conformancesSupport end-of-month and end-of-financial-year reporting requirementsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring prior warehouse or inventory experience within a mining or resources environment and the ability to work autonomously on site.
