We develop maintainable solutions and provide support for integration testing and updates for new Workday releases.As a Workday Certified HCM Consultant, Scheduling, you will ensure successful deployment by architecting, configuring, and testing Workday solutions to meet the specific needs of the client.
Foster the development of other Consultants by sharing expertise.
May support proposal preparations, deliver demonstrations to clients, and speak at conferences.This remote role can be located anywhere within the United States to perform the required responsibilities.KEY EXPECTATIONSProvide expertise in the Workday Scheduling and Core HCM product suite, with deep expertise and experience in SchedulingLead the following as a member of a deployment team, or coach others to successfully:Gather and document client business requirementsDesign and configure the Workday solutionDemonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systemsAssist in testing the Workday solutionComplete knowledge transfer to clientsWork with confidential client/data conversion teams to help convert legacy data into WorkdayAssist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutionsMentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model while coaching others on product knowledge and implementation methodologyCommunicate clearly and concisely while collaborating effectively on team-based projectsWork with team members to address complex tasks and requirements when additional support is neededFacilitate clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practicesMaintain clients' ongoing satisfaction,
ensuring Intecrowd is referenceable and referable once in productionProvide regular status reports to project managers, keeping them informed of overall project status, risks, and dependenciesInnovate and suggest recent approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectivelyMaintain Workday certifications and qualificationsEnsure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation and integrationsAssist integrators in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and external systemsDemonstrate computational thinking by identifying problem components, analyzing patterns, removing inefficient configurations or processes, and designing scalable solutions that support long-term client needsContribute to and foster a culture of continuous education amongst colleagues, mentees, and managersServe as a trusted advisor to clients on Scheduling best practices, workforce planning considerations, and operational process improvementsProvide insightful status reports to project managers that highlight risks to project health and opportunities to improve client adoptionREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCECurrent Workday Partner Certification in SchedulingAdditional Workday HCM Certification preferred4+ years of experience configuring and implementing Workday Scheduling solutionsBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experiencePrevious consulting experience with a consulting or software companyPrevious experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, UKG, ADP, Kronos,
