You'll be responsible for bringing ideas to life across photography, videography, campaigns, and brand storytelling - executed seamlessly across all social media platforms, events, and PR, while also driving internal marketing and ongoing brand development across the organisation.You will also manage and guide a small marketing team to ensure consistency, quality, and momentum across all channels.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGLead and execute the overall marketing strategy across digital, events, PR, and internal channelsConceptualise and bring creative campaigns to life from idea through to executionDirect and create content (photography, videography, social, digital) that captures real moments and storiesEnsure a cohesive brand presence across all touchpoints - social media, events, PR, and internal communicationsDrive internal marketing initiatives to strengthen team alignment, culture, and brand understandingContinuously evolve and develop the LME Care brand as we growManage, mentor,
