ProQuest Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Forklift Driver / Storeperson to join a busy warehouse operation in Bayswater.This is a minimum 3/5 -month project with the possibility of extension.
We are specifically looking for an experienced Storeperson who is confident across forklift operations, picking, dispatch, inventory and stock control.
You will need to be able to hit the ground running and work confidently in a busy warehouse environment.
About the Role Your responsibilities will include:
Operating a forklift safely and efficiently
Picking and preparing orders for dispatch
Receiving and organising stock
Managing inventory and stock control
Conducting stocktakes and regular cycle counts
Checking stock accuracy and identifying discrepancies
Labelling and organising stock
Dispatch and general warehouse duties
Assisting across the warehouse as required
Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment

About You Previous warehouse/storeperson experience is essential.We are looking for someone who:
Has solid previous experience as a Storeperson
Is confident and experienced operating a forklift
Has experience with dispatch and picking
Has a positive understanding of inventory and stock control
Has experience completing cycle counts and stocktakes
Is highly organised and has strong attention to detail
Is reliable, punctual and committed to the project
Is switched on and able to work independently
Has a strong work ethic and safety-focused approach
This is not an entry-level warehouse position.
We are specifically looking for an experienced Storeperson who can step into the role and contribute from day one.What's on Offer?
$37-$38 per hour
7:30am - 3:30pm day shift
Monday to Friday
Bayswater location
Minimum 5-month project
Potential for extension
Immediate start available
Ongoing support from the ProQuest Recruitment team
