Explore our opportunities and join a team that is redefining what's possible.Job DescriptionPart-time contract (initial 6 months, likely extension)Location: North RydeWorking model: Hybrid – 2 days per week in office We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support a major HR, Payroll and Workforce Management (WFM) implementation program.Working closely with the project team and senior change practitioners, this role will support change activities by capturing impacts, coordinating communications and training activities, monitoring adoption, and helping embed new ways of working across the organisation.Key responsibilities:Support the delivery of change activities across the HR, Payroll and WFM implementation programCapture change impacts, stakeholder insights and business readiness informationSupport the development of change plans, communications and engagement activitiesCoordinate communications, events,



training sessions and change activitiesWork with project teams and stakeholders to identify change risks, issues and adoption barriersTrack change adoption metrics and provide reporting and insightsSupport business readiness and transition activitiesThis is an opportunity to contribute to a significant HR transformation program and support successful adoption of new systems and ways of working.Qualifications4–5 years' overall experience, with 3+ years' experience supporting organisational change activitiesExperience capturing change impacts, supporting communications and coordinating training/eventsStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with project teams, SMEs and business stakeholdersExperience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholdersStrong organisational skills and ability to manage competing prioritiesIndustry experience:Telecommunications experience highly desirableAlternatively, experience in a complex or regulated industry such as financial services, FMCG, or similar environmentsAdditional InformationWhy join us: NCS Australia is where you can feel at home, nurturing your talents and skills as we make tomorrow together, one day at a time.
