Opportunity:
A dental practice in Essendon is looking for a Cosmetic Dentist who wants to build a genuine, focused cosmetic portfolio rather than juggle a broad general caseload. The clinical scope centres on porcelain and composite veneers, bonding, cosmetic smile makeovers, crowns, bridges, restorative and aesthetic dentistry, teeth whitening and Icon White Spot Removal, a treatment the practice is particularly well known for delivering excellent results with.
Complex specialist procedures, including implants and endodontics, are referred out to a local network, which means your time and clinical energy stay focused on the work you actually want to develop expertise in. Clear aligner cases are also available, using Innosmile and Smilers systems, with commission on offer for initial approval where OHTs execute the plan.
You will be supported by a senior dentist on hand some days, Oral Health Therapists, a dedicated Treatment Coordinator and an experienced Dental Assistant, all working within a treatment coordination structure designed to let clinicians spend their time on clinical care rather than administration. The practice has built a 5 star reputation in Melbourne's inner north west, with established cosmetic patient demand and a strong, consistent flow of new enquiries.
About You:
You are AHPRA registered as a Dentist in Australia and genuinely enjoy cosmetic and restorative dentistry, taking pride in natural looking, high quality outcomes. You are clinically confident and detail oriented, warm and personable with patients, and ethical and conservative in your treatment philosophy.
You are motivated to keep developing your cosmetic portfolio over time, comfortable managing comprehensive cosmetic cases, and confident presenting treatment plans in a way that builds genuine patient trust. Experience with clear aligners is well regarded, though not mandatory, since case approval and plan execution can also be shared with the OHT team.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver cosmetic and restorative dentistry including veneers and bonding
