What You’ll Do

- Support, action, and coordinate high-quality, comprehensive, evidence-based care tailored to each resident’s individual needs.
- Empower residents to live active, meaningful, and independent lives every day.
- Build trust with residents’ families and legal representatives by exceeding care expectations.
- Step up as a Team Leader, role model, and trusted clinical resource for care staff on shift.
- Supervise shift staff and physical resources to ensure a safe, smooth-running environment.
- Collaborate closely with health professionals to achieve the positive outcomes for residents.

Skills And Experiences

What You’ll Bring

- Active AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Hands-on experience managing day-to-day clinical issues in aged care or a similar health setting.
- Natural leadership ability to support, guide, and mentor a multi-disciplinary team.




- Strong working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills built on empathy and active listening.
- A current National Police Check and full Working Rights in Australia.
