- Coordinating daily outbound deliveries and liaising with carriers to ensure on-time, in-full delivery
- Preparing accurate order and logistics documentation
- Monitoring customer service and delivery performance metrics
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and our order-to-delivery processes

What You Will Get from Us:

- Competitive salary package based on experience
- Stable full-time position, Monday to Friday 7am–3pm, with one of Australia’s largest independent beverage manufacturers
- Ongoing career development and cross-functional training
- Exposure to leading FMCG customers, national retailers and major transport providers
- Career progression opportunities within customer service, logistics and supply chain
- A supportive leadership team committed to your development
- A collaborative culture built around safety, teamwork and continuous improvement
- Access to wellbeing initiatives and employee support programs
- A workplace committed to diversity, equity and inclusion

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, distribution or supply chain administration
- A genuine passion for customer service and a commitment to getting things right for the customer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence dealing with customers at all levels
- Robust relationship-building skills and a calm, professional approach to resolving issues
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy when managing orders and documentation
- Demonstrated experience coordinating freight, transport or customer deliveries (highly regarded)
- Proficiency in transport management systems (TMS) or similar logistics software
- ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics highly regarded)
