At Impact, we believe employment can change lives. We’re looking for a Skills Development Consultant to join our Midland team and support people to overcome barriers, build their work readiness and move towards meaningful employment.

What you’ll do
You’ll manage a caseload of participants, providing practical support, encouragement and direction to help them progress towards sustainable employment.
You’ll:
- Build genuine relationships and understand each participant’s goals, strengths and barriers
- Connect participants with training, activities and supports that build their skills, confidence and job readiness
- Coordinate referrals to training providers, allied health and community services where additional support is needed
- Monitor participant participation and progress, providing coaching and practical support along the way
- Provide post-placement support to participants and employers to help achieve sustainable employment outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely case notes, documentation and compliance requirements
About you
We’re looking for someone who is positive, organised and genuinely enjoys working with people.
You’ll be a strong communicator, confident managing competing priorities and comfortable working with systems and administration.

What you’ll need
To work with us, you’ll need:
- A National Police Clearance issued within the last 3 months.
- A valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
- A valid Working with Children Check, or the ability to obtain one.
