Signpac – a division of GJI Group is a leading National Signage provider, specialising in the education sector. We are currently seeking a confident, motivated, & proactive Business Development Specialist (BDS) to join the team and expand the School Signs brand in Brisbane northern region.

About the role

In the role, you will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and securing long term relationships with clients. Your school stakeholders can include Principals, Heads of Departments, Business Managers and Administration staff, providing advice and guidance, ensuring all client needs are delivered to expectation.

Role Requirements:

Proven sales experience and success, ideally in the signage, education, or LED lighting/electrical industries.

Outstanding stakeholder management with the ability to quickly form genuine connections, identify, negotiate, and close business deals.

A high level of comfort in consultative sales, face to face meetings, and client management.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and articulate value propositions.





Local and interstate travel when required – must have your own vehicle.

Willingness to be a team player, contributor, and collaborator.

Driven to hit achievable Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) revenue targets.

Signage or education background highly desirable.
