Perth Airport is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Chief Planning & Projects Officer. This pivotal role sits at the heart of one of the airport's largest business portfolios, supporting the delivery of major infrastructure, planning and capital development initiatives that help shape the future of Perth Airport.

Operating as a trusted partner to the Chief Officer, you will manage competing priorities, coordinate strategic activities, engage with senior stakeholders and ensure the efficient operation of the Office of the Chief Planning & Projects Officer. This is a fast-paced and highly visible role requiring exceptional organisation, discretion and the ability to confidently navigate complex environments.

About the role

- Provide proactive executive support across diary and email management, travel coordination, stakeholder engagement, correspondence and meeting management.
- Coordinate executive briefings, reports, presentations,



Board papers and other high-quality documentation.
- Act as a key liaison between the Chief Planning & Projects Officer and internal and external stakeholders, building robust professional relationships across the business.
- Monitor priorities, actions, approvals and deadlines across the Planning & Projects portfolio, ensuring timely follow-up and delivery.
- Organise leadership meetings, workshops, project reviews, strategy sessions and stakeholder events, including preparation of agendas, minutes and action tracking.
- Support strategic initiatives and capital delivery programs through project coordination, governance administration and reporting activities.
- Assist with the preparation of investment papers, executive submissions and portfolio performance reporting.
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, accruals and other finance administration activities in line with company procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and ways of working, contributing to continuous improvement across the business.
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive executive, commercial and Board information.

About you

- Significant experience providing executive support to C-suite executives or senior leaders within a complex organisation.
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, engineering, aviation, development or project-based environments will be highly regarded.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and OneNote.




- Demonstrated experience preparing high-quality reports, presentations, Board papers and executive correspondence.
- Strong understanding of governance processes, reporting requirements and executive administration practices.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines and changing demands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging with senior leaders, external partners and key stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships, exercise sound judgement and handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated initiative, resilience and adaptability, with a continuous improvement mindset and strong customer focus.
