About the role
The Head of Campus is responsible for leading and supporting a dynamic and enthusiastic team of class teachers and specialists, and for the day-to-day management of the campus and its resources. You will contribute to the strategic expansion of the campus in liaison with the Principal and to the leadership of the whole School through participation in the School Team and Board.
Campus Management
Oversee overall management of the campus and facilities, maintain high-quality standards, and lead the Campus Leadership Team with a focus on strategic planning. You'll organise special school events, improve operational processes, and ensure the successful operation of co-curricular activities, excursions and campus events. Working closely with Heads of other campuses, you'll ensure curriculum and teaching approaches are aligned across our school community.
Leadership and Academic Care
Execute overall leadership of pastoral care and academic progress for students, leading our Principles of Academic Care. You'll be a curriculum innovator, working with the Deputy Head to maintain and develop curricula that provide access and challenge for all. You'll lead professional development programs, quality classroom observations, and ensure best pedagogical practices are implemented across the campus.
Wellbeing and Community
Oversee our Academic Care model for student wellbeing, promote positive education approaches, and lead service-learning initiatives. As a strong communicator,
you'll proactively engage with parents, staff, students and community stakeholders, lead quality communications across campus, and model a service-learning approach throughout our community.

a. Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
b. Demonstrated teaching experience and passion for learning.
c. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
d. Experience in strategic planning and implementation.
e. Commitment to excellence in educational practice.
f. Strong organisational and operational management skills.
g. Current VIT registration.
