About the Role We are currently seeking experienced Site Managers for multiple defence fit out and refurbishment projects across Sydney.
Working with an established contractor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
These roles offer the opportunity to work across a range of secure defence facilities, with multiple projects underway and upcoming.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily site operations across defence fit out and refurbishment projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers.
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project programmes.
- Manage site safety, quality and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with Project Managers, clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee works within live and operational environments.
- Manage site documentation, reporting and inspections.

Requirements




- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial fit out and refurbishment projects.
- Current DCAC clearance is essential.
- NV1 or NV2 security clearance highly regarded.
- Previous experience working on defence projects preferred.
- Strong subcontractor management and programming skills.
- Ability to manage works within live and secure environments.
- Strong understanding of WHS requirements.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
