The Role
Step into a role where you’re in total control, but without the stress of doing it all yourself. Backed by an experienced and licensed Assistant PM, an offshore VA, and a supportive team, you can focus on building relationships and delivering excellence. This 12 month maternity leave cover has the potential to turn into a full time role with the office. Your main responsibilities include contuniuing to provide superior customer service,
building solid relationships with the owners, proactively managing rental arrers, and manage owner and tenant expectations.
A full handover will be provided by the current property manager, ensuring a smooth transition.
About You
The ideal candidate holds a WA Real Estate Registration and have experience managing your own portolio of at 100 properties for a minimum of 2 years.
You are thrive in a supportive team enviroment, but are comfortable taking the lead and working independently. You are comfortable delegating effectively to keep the operations of the portfolio running smoothly.
