The Opportunity /n

We’re on the lookout for our next admin superstar - someone organised, reliable, and passionate about delivering excellent care alongside our welcoming multi-disciplinary team.

/n

This role will be on a part-time basis (minimum 26 hours per week) , where the successful applicant will act as an information resource and ambassador to our patients, the general public, practitioners and team members.

/n

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will:

/n

Greet clients warmly and manage front desk operations.

/n

Schedule appointments and handle phone and email enquiries.

/n

Process payments and manage health fund claims via HICAPS.

/n

Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.

/n





Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to keep clinic operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For /n

Ideally, you’ll have allied health or medical reception experience, but a positive attitude is most important. We’re looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced team environment and is confident meeting deadlines and contributing to team goals.

/n

You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a team-first “can do” attitude, and a passion for excellent customer service. You’ll also be able to multitask, work under pressure, maintain strong attention to detail, use Microsoft Suite confidently, and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
