The role involves:

- Meeting and greeting those who come into Reception

- Answering, Screening & Transferring of Calls
/n
- Coding of account payable invoices
/n
- Input of invoices to Pronto and in-house accounting program
/n
- End of month reconciliation of accounts payable
/n
- Preparing Reports to pay Franchisees
/n
- Compliance Monitoring through online training platform for both Franchisees and Contractors
/n
- Stocktake
/n
- Data Entry
/n

- Display a positive attitude and professionalism to help others, in all dealings with clients, fellow employees and Franchisees
/n
- Show initiative and work closely with Administration Manager striving to learn all areas of admin to job share
/n
- Well presented with a pleasant and professional manner
/n
