Your impact /n
/nIn your role as an Early Customer Assistance Specialist you will make outbound calls and receive inbound calls from Comm Bank customers in arrears of payments in Credit Cards, Home Loans, Personal Loans, and Overdrawn Personal Accounts, to recover outstanding payments./n
/nThe focus is gaining an understanding of the customer's situation and delivering excellent and courteous customer service. You will then be able to use your keen sense of negotiation to get them back on track with their payments and retain their business./n

/nYou are highly motivated, empathetic and resilient; with robust negotiation skills to achieve mutually agreeable outcomes. You demonstrate effective listening skills, with clear and concise communication skills. You have a drive to reach and exceed expectations and enjoy working within a fast paced, high energy environment./n
Shift details /n
/nThe roles are part time, based in Melbourne CBD/n
/nThe team's operating hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 9pm and Saturday 9am - 5pm/n
/nThis role will commence on the 22 June 2026./n
/nTo be considered for these positions you must be available to attend 4 weeks full time mandatory training, from 22 June, Monday- Friday 9am - 5pm/n
