About You

Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons in Mathematics across secondary year levels, three days per week
/n
- /n
Plan, deliver and assess lessons in line with the Australian Curriculum
/n
- /n
Integrate a Christian worldview and biblical values into curriculum planning and classroom culture
/n
- /n
Support students' pastoral care and wellbeing
/n
- /n
Contribute to co-curricular life through school events and activities
/n
- /n
Collaborate with a supportive team of educators committed to whole-person education
/n
/n
Essential criteria:
/n
/n
- /n
Appropriate tertiary qualifications in teaching.
/n
- /n
Queensland College of Teachers Registration (or the ability to obtain).
/n
- /n
Be fully aligned with the values, virtues, and Christian beliefs of Freshwater Christian College.
/n
- /n
Able to affirm the College’s Statement of Faith.
/n
- /n
Able to comply with College policies, procedures, codes of conduct, and training requirements, including those related to work health and safety, risk management, child protection, and confidentiality.

- /n
Able to work with all members of the College community.
/n
- /n
A willingness to assist in extracurricular activities after normal working hours.
/n
- /n
Be legally permitted to work in Australia.
/n
