Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to standard recipes or special requests.

- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any questions or concerns.

/n

- Maintain a clean, organized bar area, including regular cleaning of glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.

/n

- Monitor and manage inventory, including ordering supplies and checking stock levels to minimize wastage.

/n

- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, liquor licensing laws, and company policies.

/n

- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions.

/n

- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations during busy periods.

- Stay current with drink trends,



customer preferences, and innovations in the mixology field.

Required Skills:

/n

- Robust knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment.

/n

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse clientele and team members.

/n

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and managing time efficiently.

/n

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

/n

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations or complaints with professionalism.

/n

- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs.

/n

Qualifications:

/n

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

/n

- Relevant bartending certifications or training is an advantage (e.g., RSA - Responsible Service of Alcohol).

/n

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

/n

- A positive attitude, enthusiasm for the hospitality industry, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.
