About the Role
We are seeking a Solicitor with banking and finance experience (2–3 years PAE) to join our busy Milton practice.
This role involves working closely with experienced practitioners and paralegals, primarily handling mortgage-related transactions through PEXA, including signing and certifying mortgage and discharge instruments.
You will also support a wider range of banking, finance, and commercial matters, with increasing responsibility and autonomy as you develop in the role.
Key Areas of Work
- Obtaining and reviewing searches of all persons, properties and corporations involved in commercial loan transactions.
- Undertaking pre-drafting due diligence enquiries.
- Drafting all relevant security documents including mortgages, loan agreements, guarantees, charges and caveats.
- Liaising internally and with clients and external solicitors prior to and after the issuing of security documentation.
- Ensuring all security documents have been correctly executed prior to certification and funding.

About You
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:
- 2–3 years PAE as a Solicitor.
- Strong PEXA skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
