A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to welcome a Associate or Senior Associate into its growing Corporate & Commercial team.

You’ll work closely with two experienced Partners across a broad range of sophisticated transactional and advisory matters, including:

- Mergers & acquisitions, business sales and acquisitions
- Corporate advisory and general commercial matters
- Corporate governance and Corporations Act compliance
- Commercial contracts and strategic arrangements
- Shareholder agreements, structuring and restructures
- Capital raising and investment transactions
- Intellectual property
- Regulatory compliance, privacy and data protection
- Advising boards, executives, business owners and investors

You’ll work across a diverse client base spanning financial services, technology, infrastructure, sport and emerging businesses, with genuine client contact from day one.

The role offers the opportunity to manage your own matters, work directly with respected Partners and play an active role in mentoring junior lawyers as the team continues to grow.

About You

We’re looking for a Associate or Senior Associate with 3+ years’ PAE in Corporate & Commercial law, gained within a reputable private practice.
You’ll have broad corporate and commercial experience,



strong client relationship skills and the confidence to take ownership of matters while working collaboratively with Partners and the wider team.

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who enjoys quality work, values a supportive team environment and wants to play a meaningful role in the continued growth of a well-established practice.
