We are supporting participants with complex, high-intensity care needs and are seeking professionals who can provide secure, consistent, and high-quality support. This role requires experience in advanced personal care, frequent repositioning, and strict adherence to health and hygiene protocols. You will be working with participants who have complex medical and behavioural needs, providing daily support that includes personal care, specialised health procedures, and behaviour support.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to delivering person-centred care with professionalism and compassion. This is a rewarding but demanding role that requires a high level of skill, reliability, and compassion.



These are not entry-level shifts applicants must already hold the required competencies and have experience working in similar environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high intensity personal care, including catheter care, and medication administration.

- Support participants with mobility and transfers, following safe manual handling practices.

- Follow individualised support plans that may include restrictive practices or behaviour intervention strategies.

- Build trusting, respectful relationships with participants and their care teams.

- Monitor health and safety and respond to changes in participant condition.

- Accurately document support delivered and participant progress.
