Key Responsibilities
- Install blinds and shutters in residential homes and builder projects
- Work independently and assist on larger or more complex installations
- Carry out service and repair work when required
- Maintain high standards of finish and workmanship
- Deliver a professional and friendly experience to customers
- Represent the Your World brand with pride on every job
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years experience using power tools (trade or installation background)
- Experience working in customers’ homes (service or retail trade highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Good problem-solving skills on site
- Positive, reliable, can-do attitude
- Open driver’s licence
What You’ll Get
- $80,000 – $100,000 base salary, depending on experience
