Angel Aesthetics is a growing cosmetic medical clinic group committed to delivering exceptional client experiences, high professional standards and operational excellence.

We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to oversee people, performance, workforce administration and operational coordination across our Brisbane, Gold Coast & Perth clinics.

This is a hands on leadership role suited to someone who thrives on accountability, structure, developing people and ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.

About the Role

Working closely with senior management, you will be responsible for three key areas:

People, Training & Performance

- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction and role specific training.

- Assist on administration when needed.

- Be the go to person for questions and answers every working day.

- Ensure employees understand and follow policies, procedures, SOPs and position descriptions.

- Monitor employee performance, KPIs and probation periods.

- Identify performance gaps and coordinate coaching, retraining and improvement plans.

- Monitor professionalism, communication, attendance and workplace conduct.

- Critical thinking, problem solving & common sense exercised daily.

- Support staff motivation, engagement, recognition and incentive programs.

- Escalate ongoing performance and conduct concerns to senior management.

People & Administration

- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding documentation and employment contracts.

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

- Oversee leave administration, rostering and roster changes.

- Manage Timely administration and payroll inputs.

- Coordinate uniforms, staff devices, email accounts,



system access and logins.

- Ensure workforce administration is accurate, organised and completed on time.

Facilities, Maintenance & IT Coordination

- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and facilities requirements across both locations.

- Organise and follow up with contractors, trades and external service providers.

- Oversee gardening and external maintenance requirements.

- Coordinate phones, internet connectivity and basic IT troubleshooting.

- Arrange external IT support when required.

- Ensure operational issues are followed through to resolution.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Has demonstrated experience in people management, HR operations, practice management or multi-site business operations.

- Is confident managing performance, difficult conversations and employee accountability.

- Has strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

- Is proactive, resourceful and solution-focused.

- Can confidently manage competing priorities across multiple locations.

- Has experience with recruitment, rostering, HR administration and workplace systems.

- Understands the importance of confidentiality, professionalism and consistent standards.

- Takes ownership of responsibilities and follows tasks through to completion.

Experience within healthcare, medical aesthetics or another multi-site service business will be highly regarded.

Location

This position operates across our Brisbane (Milton), Gold Coast (Bundall) & Perth clinics. Regular travel between locations is required. Interstate travel required for Perth as well, all expenses paid.
