Pyrmont Bridge Hotel in Sydney is seeking friendly, reliable staff to join our Bistro team, supporting kitchen and bistro operations across setup, service and closing duties.

You will help with basic food prep, deliver meals during service, assist the team throughout service, and help with cleaning and pack-down after service. This role provides exposure to a busy hospitality setting with a collaborative team.
