Working closely with the Director, you will provide hands‑on project coordination and support across all stages of project delivery for construction and fit‑out projects. This is a flexible part‑time opportunity designed to grow with the right person, with increasing responsibility and the opportunity to progress into project management as your experience and capability develop.
Key responsibilities
Maintaining project cost reports and budget trackers
Maintaining project risk and issues registers
Coordinating project meetings and preparing clear, professional meeting minutes
Recording meetings and accurately capturing key decisions, actions and responsibilities
Managing project documentation and correspondence
Supporting project planning and programme updates
Assisting with consultant and contractor coordination
Developing and maintaining project programmes using Microsoft Project
Preparing tender documentation for consultants, contractors and suppliers
Assisting with project coordination from design through to construction and completion
About you
3–8 years' experience in project coordination, contract administration, assistant project management, client‑side project management, construction or property
Solid understanding of construction and project delivery
Experience reading and interpreting architectural and consultant drawings
Experience preparing or coordinating tender packages
Experience with project cost reporting and budget tracking
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, including developing and maintaining project programmes and scheduling tasks, dependencies and milestones
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
Robust written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
