Our team delivers professional support, ethical guidance, business marketing, policy advocacy, and education.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised, and proactive Administration Officer (Part-Time, 0.8 FTE) to join our Finance & Operations Department. You will support commercial advertising workflows, deliver responsive member support, and keep internal operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities





Advertising & Sponsorship Coordination (Revenue Support):

- Provide key administrative support to the Partnerships Manager to drive non-event revenue generation.
- Ensure advertising and sponsorship contracts are executed, filed, and tracked accurately.
- Maintain advertising booking schedules and ensure campaigns run live for their booked duration.
- Liaise with advertisers to receive and approve artwork/materials against content guidelines by set deadlines.
- Coordinate with finance for timely advertising invoicing and debtor follow-ups.

Membership Support & General Operations:

- Assist Member Support Advisors with member enquiries, renewals, and CRM database maintenance.
- Support enquiry triage, general reporting, and membership trend analysis.
- Provide day-to-day administration to ensure smooth operations across the Finance & Operations team.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as requested.

About You

We are looking for a service-oriented administrative professional who brings:

- Demonstrated administrative and business support experience in an office, operations, or customer service setting.
- Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High computer literacy (Office 365) and eagerness to learn CRM systems, DocuSign, and Xero.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
- Self-starter attitude with initiative, strong time management, and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience in a membership body, association, or media/advertising administration is a plus.
