Focus Care is seeking caring and enthusiastic Disability Support Workers to join our team in Sydney’s Inner West. This casual, entry-level role involves spending time with clients to build connections and support independence.

Shifts span Monday to Sunday with longer hours, weekends, and overnights available. You’ll need a current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle, and be prepared to obtain an NDIS Worker Check.
