Mobility Access Modifications – Preston VIC
Bring your creative and digital skills to practical workplace learning.
MAM is looking for a hands‑on Learning & Development Assistant to help turn workplace information into clear guides, presentations, diagrams and simple learning content.
Working closely with our Business Process Analyst and Team Leads, you’ll gather information, prepare materials and make updates following feedback. They’ll guide the work, confirm technical details and approve content before use.
Your work will support teams delivering accessibility solutions for older people and people with disability.
What you’ll do
- Help gather information from Team Leads and observe workplace processes to understand the content being documented.
- Prepare training guides, diagrams, workflows, screenshots and presentations using supplied information and guidance.
- Use Canva, PowerPoint and approved AI tools to make materials clearer, more visual and easier to use.
- Assist with simple iSpring modules, quizzes, voiceovers and transcripts.
- Capture workplace photos and easy videos for approved training content.
- Update materials following feedback and process changes.
- Keep files organised and assist with course uploads, training records and completion follow-up.
What you’ll bring
- Practical experience creating visual content, presentations, guides or process documentation.
- A creative eye and the ability to present information clearly.
- Confidence using Canva, PowerPoint or similar tools and learning new platforms.
- Practical familiarity with AI tools and willingness to explore useful applications.
- Initiative to ask questions, follow up on missing information and complete agreed tasks.
- Clear written communication, attention to detail and an approachable manner.
- Australian work rights and availability for the required onsite roster.
- Relevant experience in content creation, graphic design, administration or workplace documentation is welcome.
- Around two years of formal L&D; experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Experience with iSpring, an LMS or trades, manufacturing and warehouse environments would be useful.
What we provide
- Access to Canva, PowerPoint, iSpring and approved digital tools.
- Guidance and feedback from the Business Process Analyst and Team Leads.
- Opportunities to use your creativity and digital skills on practical workplace projects.
Working arrangements
The planned roster is three days per week, 8 AM–4 PM, including a 30-minute unpaid meal break—7.5 paid hours per day.
Days may be fixed or vary according to business needs.
We welcome relevant Australian and overseas experience. International students based in Australia are welcome to apply where their work rights and study commitments permit the roster. All suitably qualified applicants will be considered.
