We are seeking an experienced and proactive Forklift Operator to join a busy manufacturing and warehouse operation based in Carrum Downs.
This is more than just moving pallets. We're looking for a confident, switched-on operator who understands warehouse workflows, can keep materials moving efficiently and isn't afraid to take ownership of the job.
You'll play a key role in supporting daily production requirements, managing stock movements and ensuring the smooth flow of raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
Importantly, we're looking for someone with natural leadership qualities who can step up and support the warehouse team when senior operators or 2ICs are on leave or unavailable.
You don't need to be a current supervisor, but you do need to be someone who leads by example, communicates clearly and can make sound decisions in a busy operational environment.
