GSA Group is looking for a motivated 3rd or 4th year electrical apprentice to join our growing Townsville team.

What we offer

- Four-day working week, with overtime required from time to time.

- Hands-on experience in electrical installations, maintenance and fault finding.

About the role

You’ll work alongside our qualified electricians across Townsville and surrounding areas, assisting with:

- Electrical installations, upgrades and repairs.
- Lighting, power circuits and switchboard works.
- Maintenance, fault finding, testing and commissioning under supervision.
- Electrical works associated with air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Completing job records and maintaining a safe,



tidy worksite.

All work will be undertaken under appropriate supervision and within your level of training.

What we’re looking for

- Currently completing the 3rd or 4th year of an electrical apprenticeship.
- A current driver licence and reliable transport.
- Your own standard apprentice trade tools.
- A reliable attitude, willingness to learn and pride in your work.
- Good communication skills and a professional approach with customers.
- Commitment to safe work practices.
- Availability for reasonable overtime when required.
- Some client sites require drug and alcohol testing and clean-shaven requirements for site access or respiratory protection. You must be willing to meet these requirements where applicable.
